ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather or disruption to delivery networks.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £75.

Available delivery options and charges may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bargainzone.uk. We will try to update the address where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Customers may be responsible for additional delivery costs where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged parcel, packaging or item. This will help us investigate the issue with the courier and resolve it as quickly as possible.
